Join Dr. Temitayo Oyegbile-Chidi, Associate Professor in the Department of Neurology, for an informative presentation on the importance of sleep for our health and well-being, including practical tips to improve sleep habits to rest and revive. Dr. Oyegbile-Chidi’s research and clinical experience is in neurology, sleep and epilepsy, and is currently active in researching how improvements in sleep can benefit the health and well-being of adults who experienced childhood epilepsy.
