Lifestyle Medicine aims to empower you to achieve your best health and wellness using a variety of tools.
This 7-week program focuses on teaching participants evidence-based strategies for preventing, managing, and potentially reversing chronic conditions such as diabetes and heart disease, while also helping individuals identify key areas to prioritize. It highlights six core pillars: nutrition, physical activity, stress management, sufficient sleep, avoiding harmful substances, and building social connections. Through interactive support from facilitators and coaches, participants will gain access to valuable resources and tools to enhance both their physical and mental health.
Participants will receive: A Lifestyle Medicine Workbook, Weekly Motivational emails, Weekly 1:1 Coaching and SWAG.
Participants are expected to attend all seven sessions in-person on Thursdays from 12:10 - 12:55 p.m. in Hoagland Hall, Room 130: May 1* - 29, June 5 and 12
*Session 1 on May 1 will be from 11:30 a.m. - 12:55 p.m.

This program is being offered in partnership with Kaiser. Participants do not need to be a Kaiser Member, however, participation is limited to current UC Davis and UC Davis Health employees.
