We offer a variety of mindfulness programs and resources to help you develop stress resilience and care for your health and wellbeing.

Mindfulness is the practice of cultivating moment to moment nonjudgmental awareness which grows when we pay attention, on purpose, to direct present moment experience, with a willingness to let experience be as it is.  It is receiving increasing scientific support as an effective means to manage stress and promote resilience.

Our Mindfulness Programs

Mindfulness Meditation

Build resilience and foster your health and well-being with a science-based mindfulness meditation, led by Neesha Patel, PhD. Join us from wherever you are via Zoom.

Mindful Pause

Take a 15-minute mindful pause for your well-being, led by Neesha Patel, PhD. Join us from wherever you are via Zoom. No prior experience with mindfulness is necessary – all are welcome.
