Join us for a virtual week of UC Davis Moves! From Sunday, May 9, through Saturday, May 15, choose your favorite physical activity and strive for at least 30 minutes per day, whether it's done all at once or in short breaks throughout the day. 

This program has concluded. Every day starting Sunday, May 9, you will receive an email with ideas to get moving and a link to report your physical activity minutes for that day. Each day that you enter your minutes, you will receive an additional entry for one of our prize drawings. Any physical activity counts! 

New this year is a Buddies Program, a great way to meet 2 or 3 new colleagues at UC Davis and provide support to each other to get moving during this program and beyond. Sign up for this opportunity through the registration link by Thursday, May 6 at 5PM. 

The systemwide UC Moves (formerly UC Walks) has now been moved to Spring 2022, with an exciting new plan to compete against other UC campuses. Please stay tuned for the large systemwide event as the event gets closer.
