This presentation will review what a plant-based diet entails with a focus on meal inspiration, tips, and other substitutes to make plant-based eating easy. Haley Dockrey is a Registered Dietitian from rural northern California. Haley is passionate about a plant-based lifestyle and loves coffee, cooking, being outdoors, and spending time with her partner and their beloved dog, Olive.
