Join us for a month filled with a variety of ways to cultivate a kindness practice and grow well-being in your life. This challenge will include options to practice kindness meditation on Wednesdays, 12:30-1 p.m. during the month of February, as well as a chance to win prizes by sharing your weekly practices.
