While many factors contribute to inflammation, there are some lifestyle changes that can be incorporated to lower inflammation overall. 

Chronic inflammation is a contributing factor to many different health conditions such as: chronic pain, type 2 diabetes, heart disease, Alzheimer’s disease, certain types of cancer, and certain autoimmune diseases. Many factors contribute to chronic inflammation, and we have control over some of those factors like diet, exercise, and stress management. Join us to dive into what it looks like to adopt a more anti-inflammatory diet, practical tips and meal planning ideas, as well as other lifestyle changes that can help lower inflammation.
