Build resilience and foster your health and well-being with a science-based mindfulness meditation. Join us from wherever you are via Zoom. 

This monthly session is designed for those who practice mindfulness meditation and want to deepen in their practice. It will include opportunities to check-in about your practice and some practice guidance from a teacher (Neesha Patel, PhD).  Please join us!

This is a drop-in group and will be offered via zoom.  Please arrive and stay for the duration of the session.
