Focus on your health and well-being and strengthen your inner resources with science-based mindfulness meditation, mindful pause, and loving kindness meditations. Open to beginners and experienced meditators alike. These sessions are led by Neesha Patel of Staff and Faculty Health and Well-being, and may include some prerecorded guided meditations from UCSD and UCLA offered live on select days.
- Mondays - Mindfulness Meditation
- Wednesdays - Mindful Pause
- Thursdays - Heartfulness Meditation (emphasis on practices that cultivate positive emotions like compassion, loving kindness, gratitude and joy)
