Three sessions this week, led by Dr. Neesha Patel, PhD. This week's sessions may include prerecorded meditations. One-time registration covers all sessions:
- Monday, June 15, 4:15-5 p.m.
- Wednesday, June 17, 4:15-5 p.m.
- Thursday, June 18, 12:15-1 p.m. This session will focus on compassion, loving kindness, gratitude and joy.
