Build your stress resilience through mindfulness and loving kindness meditations. Join us from wherever you are via Zoom. Open to beginners and experienced meditators alike.

Three sessions this week at 4:15 p.m., led by Dr. Neesha Patel, PhD. One-time registration covers all sessions

  • Wednesday, July 1
  • Thursday, July 2. This session will focus on compassion, loving kindness, gratitude and joy.
