Take a 15-minute mindful pause for your well-being. Join us from wherever you are via Zoom. No prior experience with mindfulness is necessary – all are welcome. 

Mindfulness meditation is the art and science of paying attention, on purpose with openness, curiosity and a willingness to be with experience as it is – it has been found to promote resilience and well-being. These sessions begin with a brief introduction, followed by a guided meditation led by Neesha Patel, PhD. Some sessions may feature prerecorded guided meditations from UCSD and UCLA offered live on select days. 

Every Thursday through Dec. 2, pause and refresh with a mindful pause, from 12:45-1 p.m. One-time registration covers all Thursday sessions. No session on Nov. 11 or 25. After registering, you will receive a confirmation email on how to join the Zoom sessions, by phone or computer.
