Mindfulness meditation is the cultivation of our ability to pay attention, on purpose with openness, curiosity and a willingness to be with experience as it is – it has been found to promote resilience and well-being. Sessions begin with a brief introduction followed by a guided meditation, led by Neesha Patel, PhD.
Join our online community for a 30-min guided mindfulness meditation session via Zoom. One-time registration allows access to all sessions. After registering, you will receive a confirmation email from Zoom.
