Learn how you can empower yourself to have more choice in how you communicate. 

Have you wondered what it would be like to be more present in your conversations? Join us for this immersive workshop and learn how to enrich your personal and professional relationships with more presence. Through a blend of practical guidance and experiential exercises, explore how to empower yourself to have more choice in how you communicate. This is a program of the Seeds of Well-being series.

  • Location: Zoom*. Participants will receive a link to join.
     

*Please note: This workshop will include breakout groups where you will have a chance to practice the skills of mindful presence in communication. All participants will be expected to be in a quiet environment and have their video and audio on in order to practice the skills. If this aspect of the workshop is not of interest to you, we ask that you please not register for this workshop as space is limited.
