Mindfulness meditation is the art and science of paying attention, on purpose with openness, curiosity and a willingness to be with experience as it is – it has been found to promote resilience and well-being. These sessions begin with a brief introduction, followed by a guided meditation led by Neesha Patel, PhD.
Every Thursday from March 9 through June 1, pause and refresh with a mindful pause, from 12:45-1 p.m. One-time registration covers all Thursday sessions. After registering, you will receive a confirmation email on how to join the Zoom sessions, by phone or computer.
