Strengthen your inner resources and improve your sense of well-being through scientifically supported heartfulness meditations. No prior experience with mindfulness is necessary – all are welcome.

Heartfulness meditation emphasizes practices that cultivate positive emotions like compassion, loving kindness, gratitude and joy. Sessions begin with a brief introduction followed by a guided meditation, led by Dr. Neesha Patel, PhD. 

Join our online community for a 30-min guided heartfulness meditation session via Zoom. One-time registration allows access to all sessions.
