Seeds of Well-being: Intro to Mindful Awareness
Join us for this 3-session course to explore mindful awareness, learn what it is and ways to bring it into your life. The course will include experiential exercises and home practices to explore mindful awareness in your daily life. Open to beginners and those who wish to boost their existing practice. Offered at no cost to current UC Davis employees.

Important Requirement: We will be working with the Healthy Minds app throughout the course. Participants will need to have regular access to this app on a smart phone to participate in the course.
