What has been the most rewarding or positive about your experience thus far?
I love the positive and encouraging newsletters and sharing all the Healthy information with our staff. I workout, walk and meal prep everyday. I love to share healthy recipes with everyone.

Staff and Faculty Health and Well-being aims to build an environment that makes the healthier choice the easier one, while providing staff and faculty with the required support to make UC Davis the healthiest community. How do you feel you have contributed to our mission?
I have lead teams in all of the UC Davis walking clubs, donut dashes, and other fun runs. I try to do a daily stretch every day. (this has been challenging being short staffed) I am the captain of the newest Movin' and Groovin' challenge through UC Davis and currently in 5th place.
What is your favorite thing to do in your spare time?
I love to work out, take hikes, skate, paddle board, kayak and play with my grandkids.
