The Staff and Faculty Health and Well-being (SFHWB) Program has a mission to develop, promote and support a thriving culture of health and well-being throughout the UC Davis community.
Represent UC Davis or UC Davis Health in the upcoming systemwide Spring into Motion Challenge. This virtual interactive platform invites participants to learn about spring things all while entering physical activity throughout the month.
The group-based Diabetes Prevention Program (DPP) at UC Davis is a non-diet approach to preventing type 2 diabetes. The yearlong program is currently recruiting participants for cohorts beginning in August 2025.
parkrun is a free timed 5k and takes place every Saturday morning across the globe! Participate by running, walking, jogging or volunteering for this event starting Saturday, May 24, at 8 a.m. at Mace Ranch Park, right here in Davis, CA.
