This 7-week program focuses on teaching participants evidence-based strategies for preventing, managing, and potentially reversing chronic conditions such as diabetes and heart disease, while also helping individuals identify key areas to prioritize. It highlights six core pillars: nutrition, physical activity, stress management, sufficient sleep, avoiding harmful substances, and building social connections. 

Participants are expected to attend all seven sessions in-person on Thursdays from 12:10 - 12:55 p.m. in Hoagland Hall, Room 130 on the Davis Campus: May 1 - 29, June 5 and 12

*Space is limited to 20 participants.
