PPE: Laboratory Personal Protective Equipment

Course duration: 15 minutes
Every group member in a laboratory will be provided a documented “Lab Hazard Assessment” that will indicate the types of hazards in your workplace. The Laboratory Hazard Assessment and associated Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) will determine the proper Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) necessary to mitigate risk and reduce exposure to laboratory hazards.
Please note: In order to complete this training you must be added to your lab’s hazard assessment. If you have not been added please contact the PI or lab manager to be added.
