This instructor-led course is intended for all faculty and staff who have basic computer workstations, in order to identify and minimize risk factors. Course objectives include:

• Identifying basic ergonomic principles and how to identify common ergonomic problems.
• Understanding the Cal OSHA 5110 Ergonomics Standard, campus ergonomics program, and various ergonomic resources available on campus.
• Completing hands-on activities and discussions of ergonomic assessments and interventions.
• Recognizing types of ergonomic injuries.
