These classes are open to all UC and UC Davis community members, beginners, and experienced meditators alike. All sessions are held over Zoom and led by Neesha Patel, PhD.
Live Mindfulness Meditation
- Dates: Mondays from January 26th through March 30th (excluding 2/16, 3/9)
