Campus caterers Olive and Vine have introduced two new menus that adhere to the Nourish label health standards.

6 sandwiches per type and overall $175 minimum to deliver on weekdays, $500 on weekends.

Olive Oil and Herb Marinated Grilled Chicken Sandwich 

with Leaf Lettuce, Thinly Sliced Red Onion and Fresh Tomatoes on Whole Wheat Bread. 

  • Broccoli Salad – Broccoli, peppers, onions and mushrooms tossed in teriyaki-sesame dressing.
  • Whole Fruit 
  • Bottled Water 

Olive Oil and Herb Marinated Tofu Sandwich 

with Roasted Peppers, Squash, Mushrooms, and Red Onion on Whole Wheat Bread
with Hummus Spread 

  • Quinoa Salad – Fair Trade Quinoa with roasted veggies and tofu tossed in light lime-ginger dressing.
