Stress Resilience Classes

Focus on your health and well-being and strengthen your inner resources with science-based mindfulness meditation, kindness meditation, and mindful pause. 

These classes are open to all UC and UC Davis community members, beginners, and experienced meditators alike. All sessions are held over Zoom and led by Neesha Patel, PhD.
