We’ll cover:

  • What to expect when traveling to high-risk regions—health risks, civil and political unrest, and what support is available
  • The increase in border screening, including inspection of electronic devices and questions about your research
  • What international travelers with visas or green cards should know before departure
  • Why all international travel must be registered under the UC Davis International Travel Policy

Managing Employee Health with Enterprise Health

Thursday, May 15
10–11 a.m.

Register via Zoom

Enterprise Health is the electronic health record system used by UC Davis Occupational Health and supervisors for Davis campus employees. This session will help supervisors navigate the system and make the most of its features to manage employee work clearances and health services.

Enterprise Health replaces the old email-based process with a secure, centralized portal. Supervisors can now:

  • Run reports in their portal on employee compliance with work clearances
  • Automatically receive copies of employee work clearances and restrictions related to injuries
  • Save time completing authorizations for routine services and collecting employees questionnaires

Employees benefit from automated email notifications for appointment reminders, required questionnaires, and upcoming health services. Employees can complete questionnaires and receive results and clearances securely in the portal.

Reminder: Enterprise Health is connected to UCPath. Some employee details must be updated in UCPath for them to appear correctly in the system.

Additional modules and features are in development to expand support for supervisors and enhance employee health services. Job aids for supervisors will also be available as part of Safety Month.

Reminder: Real ID Requirement Starting May 7

Starting May 7, 2025, a Real ID or a passport will be required for domestic air travel within the United States. If you plan to fly after this date, make sure your ID meets the Real ID standards.
