Learn more about improving your well-being through movement.

Join us for this relaxing yoga series which caters to all abilities, with a focus on breathing, stretches and poses. Beginners and advanced yogis welcome to all sessions.

This Spring, join us over zoom and in person for a relaxing yoga series.

Zoom offerings:

  • Tuesday, April 22, 11-11:50 a.m.
  • Tuesday, May 13, 12:10-1 p.m.
  • Tuesday, May 20, 12:10-1 p.m.

Register for the series through Zoom. One-time registration covers all three sessions. Attend as many sessions as you would like on whatever days you would like. Registrants will also receive access to limited-time recordings.

Two in-person offerings, in partnership with the Arboretum and Public Garden:

  • Tuesday, May 6, 11:10-11:50 a.m. and 12:10-12:50 p.m. @ Wyatt Deck
