The Program

The holiday season has arrived and most Americans will gain an average of 1-2 pounds before the New Year. Jumpstart your healthy holiday season by signing up for Maintain Don't Gain. Maintain Don't Gain is a systemwide, eight-week program that encourages employees to maintain their weight through confidential weekly "self" weigh-ins, weekly challenges, and supportive tools and tips for adopting healthy behaviors throughout the holidays. 
 
It's a simple way to stay mindful of healthy habits such as incorporating physical activity and healthy eating into your enjoyment of the festivities. 
 
Maintain Don't Gain takes place Nov. 13, 2018 through Jan. 7, 2019. Sign up, participate, and fill out the final survey to get entered into a drawing for a chance to win a Fitbit Alta (an $80 value)!
 
Maintain Don't Gain: 
Encourages employees to maintain their weight through confidential weekly "self" weigh-ins.

Provides weekly challenges and supportive tools and tips for adopting healthy behaviors throughout the holidays. 

Supports participants in staying mindful of healthy habits such as incorporating physical activity and healthy eating into your enjoyment of the festivities.

Once you have signed up, we will send your participation gift through intercampus mail.
