Modern Integrative Nutrition's team of Registered Dietitians takes a comprehensive view of each individual, considering not just dietary habits, but also lifestyle, medical history, and personal preferences. By understanding the full picture, nutrition recommendations are tailored, effective, and sustainable.

Dietitian Bios:

  • Brittany Bettingen, MS, RDN
  • Brittany Bettingen, MS, RDN is the founder of Modern Integrative Nutrition. She is a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist and completed a Master’s in Nutrition Science & Longevity from the University of Southern California. Brittany is bilingual in Spanish and also trained with the Institute for Functional Medicine granting her a foundation in integrative medicine using a patient centered and root cause driven approach to healing from disease. Brittany believes in the healing power of whole foods and believes a holistic lifestyle plays a critical role in maintaining optimal health. She is a proponent of personalized medicine and believes each patient’s journey to health is defined by an individualized approach to healing. Some of Brittany’s specialties include prediabetes/diabetes, hormone health (PCOS), weight management, digestive health (IBS, SIBO, GERD), food allergies/sensitivities, managing autoimmune conditions and overcoming nutrient deficiencies/improving labs.
  • Rachel Sepulveda, MS RD
  • Rachel Sepulveda, MS RD is a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist with specialized training in integrative and functional nutrition. She holds a B.S. in Exercise Science and an M.S. in Nutritional Science and Dietetics. Rachel’s passion for nutrition was sparked by her personal journey overcoming Crohn’s disease and endometriosis through diet and lifestyle changes. This transformative experience inspired her to help others understand the powerful connection between food and overall health. Through her work, Rachel has supported hundreds of individuals in managing chronic conditions and improving their well-being. She focuses on digestive health, weight management, diabetes, heart disease, sports nutrition, and improving the relationship with food, and supporting behavior change.
