Yolo County
 

Provides a limited number of homeless families with children with shelter for up to 24 months, during which they will receive supportive services to help rebuild their live 


Provides shelter to homeless individuals, allowing them to reside in a safe and stable environment while having the opportunity to receive supportive services and rebuild their lives 


Emergency shelter program that operates 24/7 where individuals will have access to beds, restrooms/showers, laundry, transportation, phone, mail services, and case management

  • Case management offers personalized support with long-term goals 

The housing program provides permanent supportive and transitional housing

  • Permanent supportive housing provides homes for individuals and families with a disability and who experienced homelessness
  • Sober Living Environment is a peer-supported transitional housing program with linkages to outpatient treatment 

Helps Yolo County low-income residents by providing financial assistance for rent and utilities

Offers services including housing expense assistance, ride-sharing, emergency housing, appliance assistance, and housing-related assistance
