You may express your disagreement with these terms by disconnecting from our public Wi-Fi and opting to use another internet connection.

UC Davis Fleet Services is happy to provide you with complimentary Wi-Fi access. This service provides a direct connection to the public internet. It is not part of the campus network, nor is it secured by the University. By using this service, you hereby expressly acknowledge and agree that there are potentially significant security, privacy and confidentiality risks inherent in accessing or transmitting information through a public hotspot such as this one. By connecting to and continuing to use this service, you assume the responsibility for ensuring the security of your own communications and of any connected device(s), using a VPN is highly recommended.

In addition, please note that while the provided Wi-Fi hotspot is not itself part of the campus network, any access to or from University resources is still bound by campus Electronic Communication and Acceptable Use Policies.
