Copies of the UC Davis Emergency Response Guide are available.

Departments on the Davis campus can request copies of the UC Davis Emergency Response Guide to replace any outdated versions posted around campus offices and labs.

Last updated in 2021, the current UC Davis Emergency Response Guide includes:

• QR codes throughout for more information, including one to download Crisis Manager.
• Revisions to some of the guide names to reflect content (e.g., Biological/Chemical Spill to Biological/Chemical Spill or Contamination)
• New content on:
  • Earthquake
  • Medical Emergencies
  • Sexual Assault
  • Wildfire Smoke
• A fill-in-the-blank assembly area space under the Building Evacuation tab.
• Space to add additional information for location specific details (e.g., Eyewash station locations).

Get Printed Emergency Response Guides at No Cost

Printed guides and wall-safe hangers are available to replace any previously posted versions (i.e., any version before 2021). All versions are dated on the front tab.

• Pick Up Copies from the Safety Services Business Office in Hoagland Hall 276, between 8 a.m. – 5 p.m. (closed for lunch 12 to 1), Monday through Friday. 
• Request Copies by Campus Mail by sending an email to ssbusinessservices@ucdavis.edu
