UC Davis Occupational Health is excited to open our new electronic health record system for employees, Enterprise Health.

Right now, the system is centralizing employee vaccination records. Soon, more functionality will be enabled in Enterprise Health to streamline managing employee health records and appointments, transitioning the Davis campus from an email-based system to a secure, comprehensive portal.

Vaccine Reporting Requirements
Annually, employees are required to report their COVID-19 and flu vaccinations (review UC policy), with this year’s deadline for reporting or opting out set for November 1. You can now log in to Enterprise Health at ucdavis.enterprise.health using your Kerberos credentials to complete your vaccine reporting.

Employees have been using the student health records system for their vaccination records since the start of the pandemic. Launching this new system marks a significant improvement in how we will manage employee health at UC Davis.” -- Dr. Karega Paisley, Medical Director.

More Modules Coming Soon
While the system has launched with only the vaccine reporting modules, Occupational Health will be adding more functionality and features over the next few months. 

Employees will soon be able to receive email notifications for appointment reminders, upcoming health services, and required questionnaires. Supervisors will gain access to a dedicated portal to request services such as work clearances and respirators on behalf of employees, replacing the need for email, fax, or phone requests.

Supervisors can also use the portal to generate reports on employees’ health service statuses, complete request and authorization forms, and automatically receive copies of employee work clearances and restrictions.
