Strengthen your inner resources and improve your sense of well-being through scientifically supported heartfulness meditations. No prior experience with mindfulness is necessary – all are welcome.

Heartfulness meditation emphasizes practices that cultivate positive emotions like compassion, loving kindness, gratitude and joy. Sessions begin with a brief introduction followed by a guided meditation, led by Neesha Patel, PhD. Some sessions may include prerecorded guided meditations from UCSD and UCLA on select days.

In October, join us for Heartfulness Meditation on Wednesdays, Oct. 6, 13, 20, 27, from 5-5:10 p.m. One-time registration covers all Wednesday sessions. Additional sessions may be added based on demand/interest. After registering, you will receive a confirmation email on how to join the Zoom sessions, by phone or computer.
