During this time of change and uncertainty, build your stress resilience through mindfulness and loving kindness meditations. Join us from wherever you are via Zoom. Open to beginners and experienced meditators alike.

Three sessions this week, led by Dr. Neesha Patel, PhD, and Staff and Faculty Health and Well-being. Some sessions may include pre-recorded meditation. One-time registration covers all sessions. The session held on Thursday, May 21, will focus on compassion, loving kindness, gratitude and joy.

During registration, choose the session(s) you wish to attend. After registering, you will receive a confirmation email containing information on how to join the Zoom sessions.
