Build resilience and foster your health and well-being with a 30-minute science-based mindfulness meditation, offered every Monday through Dec. 13. Join us from wherever you are via Zoom. No prior experience with mindfulness is necessary – all are welcome.
Mindfulness meditation is the art and science of paying attention, on purpose with openness, curiosity and a willingness to be with experience as it is – it has been found to promote resilience and well-being. Sessions begin with a brief introduction followed by a guided meditation, led by Neesha Patel, PhD. No prior experience with mindfulness is necessary – all are welcome.
From Sept. 13 - Dec. 13, join us for Mindfulness Meditation from 4:30-5 p.m. One-time registration covers all Monday sessions. After registering, you will receive a confirmation email on how to join the Zoom sessions, by phone or computer.
