Strengthen your inner resources and improve your sense of well-being through scientifically supported kindness meditation.

Sessions begin with a brief introduction followed by a guided meditation, led by Neesha Patel, PhD. No prior experience with mindfulness is necessary – all are welcome. 

Sessions will be held Wednesdays, March 13, 20, 27, from 12:30-1 p.m. Register for this series via Zoom. After registering, you will receive a confirmation email containing information on how to join the Zoom sessions.
