Join Brenda (Astara) Gustin, PhD, CMT, RYI, for a monthly* meditation session. You will learn how to have more energy and vitality, to be receptive, to be relaxed, to recharge the body, calm the mind, open the heart and to have positive, cheerful and wholesome attitudes. These workshops are suitable for beginners and for those who make meditation part of their daily practice. 

Register for all sessions through June 2024 via Zoom. The sessions take place on Mondays, October 30, November 13, January 8, February 12, March 11, April 1, April 22, May 13, and June 10.

After registering, you will receive a confirmation email with details on how to join. One-time registration covers all remaining sessions through June 2024.
