Professional Liability (BUS-9)
Professional liability insurance protects individuals identified as "professionals" (e.g. attorney, accountants, physicians, architects, engineers) against claims arising out of the rendering of or failure to render a professional service, measured against the standards for the profession.
These and other special insurance coverages may apply to your department.
