"Campers" Accident/Medical Insurance Program
This program is used to reimburse families for out-of-pocket medical costs if their children are injured during their participation in University sponsored programs. This type of insurance coverage, unlike the general liability program, does not require proof of University negligence to activate payment of a claim. However, payment is limited to the cost of medical care and does not make payment for related damages, such as pain and suffering.
