The focus of the campus Radiation Safety Program is to assure that radioactive material is used safely. This objective includes providing both inter-and intramural technical education programs in the areas of radiation safety, regulatory compliance, laboratory, medical, and accelerator health physics, radiological waste management, radiation biology and risk assessment.
