Food Safety & Public Health

The UC Davis Food Safety Program is designed to reduce the potential for foodborne illness at campus retail food facilities by evaluating and inspecting facilities for compliance with current state law (CalCode). Inspections of year-round campus food facilities are performed quarterly. Also, upon request, the campus sanitarian provides food safety training and information
