Cheryl keeps impeccable safety training records for her employees and she continues to be proactive with injury prevention.

To recognize campus employees making a contribution to improve the Culture of Safety at UC Davis.
AWARD DECISION
The form will be submitted to the Safety Council, who will review nominations monthly. A majority vote will decide the winner.
