Chemical/Lab Safety
EH&S provides resources, training and consultation to departments using chemicals. Monthly chemical laboratory safety training is offered, model plans for users to tailor to individual laboratories and chemical uses are provided, and chemical safety information (including MSDSs) from the TOMES databases can be accessed. EH&S Departmental Safety Advisors will assist researchers to develop specific laboratory safety/chemical hygiene plans for their laboratory.
